Condolences

Condolence From: Lois Wilson
Condolence: I know the Angels have welcomed you with open arms, sweet Angel. You have left a legacy that has changed the lives of so many. You were love, all packaged in your small body, nothing but love. Thank you for allowing me into your life, thank you for teaching me so much, thank you for finishing my songs and thank you for being so patient with me at times. I cannot imagine what life will be like now. I thought I was strong ........we'll see. I have no question that you sit at the Right Hand of Our Lord. Rest, Sweet Sailor.

Condolence: My deepest condolences to the Gusberti family. It has been my pleasure and honor to know Gus. His smile and stories moved us all. Our Friday mornings at the diner with the other Vets will always be a part of me. Gus, I thank you for the memories.

Condolence: My deepest sympathy to Robbie, Shirley, Ronnie and Joan and the entire family. Robert loved life and being involved. He shared this through his involvement in so many community affairs. Robert helped the youth of his community by being an avid supporter of the Watervliet School district becoming involved with the Board of Education, attending their meetings and being involved in several of their committees. He also loved giving lectures about his experience during WW II to classes at the school. He will be missed.

Condolence: "Gus" meant so much to me and my wife Jen. We have only had a couple years to enjoy Gus but it seems like a lifetime. Gus changed the way I look at the world and I could not be more proud to be known as his friend. I am more of a man for knowing Gus and a little less losing him but rejoice knowing he is with God and his wife, I am sure his shipmates are enjoying seeing him again also RIP Gus, I love you. God Bless Robert and the rest of the family. Sean & Jen
