LATHAM - Margaret M. “Peg” Little, age 83, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, July 15, 2017 surrounded by the love of her family.
A resident of Latham for most of her married life, Peg was born in Pleasantdale, NY on May 1, 1934. She was the eleventh of twelve children born to Charles and Edith (McLain) Pollay. Peg was a graduate of Lansingburgh High School and was employed as a cake decorator in the bakery department of Price Chopper in Latham for a number of years.
A member of the Latham Bible Baptist Church, Peg was dedicated to her family and her home and leaves behind many wonderful memories for her family to cherish.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 63 years, James E. Little; her three sons, Ronald (Lois) Little of Clifton Park, John Little of Colonie and Donald (Shari) Little of Clifton Park; her grandchildren, Donald Jr. (Ann) Little of Clifton Park, Shana (Sean) Caruso of Troy, Austin and Aaron Little both of Clifton Park; her great-grandchildren, Mason, Carson and Jackson Little and Hunter Caruso; her brother, William Pollay of Thousand Oaks, Ca; her sister, Jean Pollay of Albany and several nieces and nephews.
A service will be held on Friday, July 21st at 12 o’clock noon in the Bowen & Parker Bros. Funeral Home, 97 Old Loudon Road, Latham. Burial will follow the service in Memory Gardens in Colonie. Friends are invited to attend and may also visit with Peg’s family on Friday, before the service, from 10 am until 12 pm.
