Obituary for Dawn M. Daniel (Garivelli)

LANSINGBURGH – Dawn M. Garivelli Daniel, 54, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at her daughter Tia’s home in Lansingburgh. Dawn was born in Troy on May 22, 1963, the beloved daughter of the late Patricia Conrad Tricomi and Vincent Tricomi.

Dawn was raised in Watervliet and was a graduate of Sacred Heart of Mary School and Watervliet High School. She later attended the College of St. Rose where she studied Marketing & Business.

Dawn was employed by the former Papa’s Restaurant in Watervliet as a waitress, Online Communications as an office manager, Catholic Charities where she was the coordinator of the respite day care center and last at Dunkin Donuts in Menands where she was the manager from 2001-2012.

Dawn lived for her family and loved Christmas, cooking and entertaining.

She is the loving mother of Tia M. Davignon (Shaunta Mortimore) of Lansingburgh and Ashley M. Radliff (Alexandria Daignault) of Albany; adored grandmother of Deanna, Shauna and Zianna Mortimore; dear sister of Vincent and Andrew Tricomi and the late Ronnie Garivelli.

Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the Parker Bros. Memorial, 2013 Broadway, Watervliet on Tuesday, May 15th from 4-6 pm with the funeral service at 5:45 pm with Deacon Chuck Wojton officiating.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Parker Bros. Memorial, 2013 Broadway, Watervliet, NY 12189 to assist the family.
