WATERVLIET – Betty J. Kelley Vincent, 86, died Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at the Diamond Hill Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Troy. She was the wife of the late Robert L. Vincent, Sr.,, beloved mother of Robert L. Vincent, Jr. of Watervliet, Michelle Miller of Albany and the late Alan Vincent. She is also survived by two grandchildren, four great grandchildren and her son in law J.R.
Funeral services are private at the convenience of the family with burial in the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery next to her husband.
