COHOES – Bernard R. Streichman, 82, died December 21, 2022. Born in Troy he was son of the late Israel and Thelma (Silverman) Streichman and was husband of Alleda E. (Bailey) Slater Streichman who survives. He is further survived by his sons, William and Brian Slater; grandsons, Brian, Brandon and Antonio Slater; sister, Beverly Cullett (Don), nephew, Donnie Cullett; niece, Jennifer Cullett as well as other nieces and nephews.

He was retired as a cab driver for Black and White Cab Company of Troy and enjoyed bowling, his cats, attending summer concerts in the park and eating.

Service Friday at 12 pm in the Parker Bros Memorial, Watervliet. Visit prior to the service from 10 am until 12 pm. Burial, Elmwood Hill Cemetery.
