Dolores was devoted to her family and dedicated her early married life to raising her children. She later was employed in the offices of the Norton Company in Watervliet and retired from there following more than twenty years of service.

Dolores loved to play bingo and as an avid reader, she could always be found with a book in her hand and loved to share with others what she had read. She also made sure to keep up with family happenings.
