Obituary for Elizabeth C. "Bess" Yokubait
GUILDERLAND – Elizabeth “Bess” Yokubait passed away unexpectedly on April 13, 2023 at home. Bess was 62 years of age and retired from Guilderland High School and Indian Ladder Farms. She had a special love for animals, plants and reading and will lovingly be remembered for the kindness she shared.
Bess was the daughter of the late John A. and Elizabeth C. (O’Brien) Yokubait; loving mother of Sara Yokubait (Ed Yetto); sister of the late Joseph Yokubait. She is also survived by the many members of the Yokubait and O’Brien families.
A memorial service and celebration of Bess’ life will be held on Sunday, June 11 at 1 PM at the funeral home and friends are invited to attend and also visit with Bess' family from 12 PM until the start of the service at 1PM.
